What does HLHJ Enterprises, LLC. do?

We offer work from home opportunities to agents acting as an independent contractor who will provide call center support such as Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support.

What type of clients will I provide service for?

Can I really work from anywhere?

All of our contractors need to be legal residents of the United States and must be 18 years or older.

Currently we are unable to contract with residents of the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.


Is there training and will I be paid for it?

There is no "paid training". As an Independent Contractor you are responsible for your certification course and any equipment needed to get started. This is an investment in you having complete control of your work, money, and hours.


Why do I have to take a certification course and How much is it?

Before a call center contractor can begin providing service to a client, they must take and successfully complete a client certification course.

Client Certification training cost can range from $19 to $250 depending on the client. This is the client's fee and HLHJ Enterprises, LLC. has no control over it.


How long are the certification courses?

Certification courses vary in length for each client. Some are 8-10 days in length while others are 4-8 weeks in length.

Clients usually offer 2 different class times of 9am - 1pm and 6pm - 10pm EST​. The classes can be between 2 - 4 hours per day. They are instructor led with self-paced learning content done on your own time before the next class session. Everything is online.


When will I start getting paid?

Once you start the Live Call portion of certification you will be earning revenue for any service time during those Live Calls.

Pay rate depends on the Client program you chose to service. Client programs pay range between $8.50 to $ 14.00 per hour + Bonuses.


How will I be paid and what are the pay dates?

We send invoice payments to our contractors via Direct Deposit 15th and the last day of each month.
  • The first deposit date covers the period from the 16th to the last day of the previous month.
  • The second deposit date covers the period from the 1st to the 15th of the current month.


What other fees are involved?


HLHJ Enterprises, LLC. admin service fee is $45.00 per pay cycle. 

*No Taxes are deducted from pay (1099 tax purposes)


What are the administrative services fees for?

The service fees covers: 24/7 Technical Support, scheduling system, services of providing work from home job opportunities and distribution of payroll, time and support service to handle all issues and answer all questions, continuing education and training sessions, correspondence to allow you to succeed as an independent contractor working from home.


What equipment do I need for this opportunity?

  • Landline phone
  • Hardwired Internet (connection using an Ethernet cord from your computer to the modem)
  • Computer/Laptop (Windows 8 and 10)
  • Phone with headset 
  • USB Headset with microphone
